Open gusset under arms. 

This coat does NOT have added fabric gussets at the sides or in the rear.  There is a split in the rear to the same level  as the hip for added   movement and comfort.  This coat is constructed in the more traditional style as seen in drawings of the Ghawazee Dancers.  I have seen these also called Entari.
