All items are Custom sewn to measurements that YOU provide. Some additional alterations may have to be made upon receipt of items to ensure 100% proper fit.

I ship Insured UPS and Insured USPS.  Once the package leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for it. If the package arrives in bad shape, it is NOT my fault but the fault of the carrier. File a claim with the insurance for damages.  

 I ship each item or items in a paper box or envelope taped by the UPS rep, or inspected by the Postal Service rep.

I have full rights to all photos on my site of my work and permission to use photos sent to me from my customers. No unauthorized Use. 

For all Costume pieces I recommend hand washing on COLD, or Dry cleaning.  Washing Items in vinegar or other non laundry soaps will negate my guarantee.

Completion and Shipping of items can take up to 8 weeks.  Please remember this when ordering, and if you need it by a specific date, please tell me, or email me first to see if I will be able to complete your order before then.

It is my desire to make each customer happy.
I inspect each item before sending. If there is a major defect in the garment, PLEASE contact me.

 I do not give cash refunds.

Any legal action concerning my services or products will be governed under the laws of the county and state of origin of CreationsByAngelia.
