These are not made with tissue cotton, they do have some weight to them, but tuck and bustle like a dream! Your spins are accented and the skit snaps and flows with every movement.
4 tiers of cotton, gathered into eachother and then gathered into a drawstring waistband.
All gathered seams are double serged to resist pulling apart at the seams.
All are offered in almost any color. I welcome swatches being sent so that I can try to match your existing costumes!
